Orders within the U.S.
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7. Estimated time of arrival is between 5 to10 business days. Please allow orders to be processed within 3-7 days business days after your purchase is complete.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
- Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in billing/shipping information.
- Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address, weather conditions, items availability and/or high volume of packages.
- DAVIDQUANG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS. Please contact USPS to resolve delivery issues.
We currently do not sell OR ship outside of the continental U.S.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your DAVIDQUANG purchase. We gladly accept returned items in new condition (unworn/unwashed and with the hang tags still attached) within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, contact us and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re satisfied.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a full refund and then place a new order for the correct item. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock)
To return an item please follow the steps below:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returns are processed within 3-7 business days upon receipt of the package. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
